Experience
Our process begins with an initial appointment to take measurements; assess your fit and style preferences, and work together to design your garments.
Our Process
Every piece made by Samuel Baron Clothiers starts from a paper pattern with your individual nuances in posture and body features taken into account. The pattern is then chalked on to the fabric to be cut, sewn, and finished by hand. A full horsehair canvas is used in our jackets that will mold to your body to become even more comfortable with wear.
For those craving a true bespoke experience we offer our basted service. Once the fabric is cut it is carefully sewn together with temporary stitches to allow for a fitting before production is finalized. After all changes to the garment are confirmed our tailors will adjust as necessary and finish it by hand.

Details
We will sit down to discuss your style and fit preferences as we review our extensive seasonal fabric collections. We will guide you through stylistic details such as lapel styles, buttons, and threading to design your ideal garment.

Measurements
During your initial appointment we will take 38 body measurements. These are used to create a unique paper pattern that is the basis of all of your garments.

Creating Your Garment
Our pieces are handmade domestically and abroad. The average completion times for Suits, Sport Coats, Pants, and Tuxedos is in 6-8 weeks. Shirts are typically completed in 4-6 weeks. If time is of the essence, we are able to prioritize the completion of a garment for a rush fee.
